Idaho Homeschool Academic Achievement
Our 2020 testing results for Idaho students privately homeschooled by their parents show that our students scored 17 to 37 percentile points above the scores of Idaho public school students. Our median Composite score covering all subjects tested was at the 81st percentile — a full 27 percentage points higher than the equivalent public school student score.
Homeschool Idaho testing is open to privately home educated students in grades 3 – 12 who are taught three or more of the following academic subjects at home: math, language, reading, science, and social studies. Our composite data is strictly a comparison of privately home educated students and publicly educated students.
