The Exhibit Hall at the North Idaho Conference provides you with an opportunity to connect face-to-face with homeschool families. You’ll be able to introduce options, sell products and services, and offer ongoing support to meet the needs of individual students. We believe exhibitors ought to have the opportunity to build personal relationships with customers so that you gain the trust necessary for long-term loyalty.

Applying to exhibit at the Homeschool Idaho North Conference is a simple 3-step process.

 

Step One

First download and read the 2024 North Conference Exhibitor Packet, then complete the Online Exhibitor Application by 2/10.

Step Two

Homeschool Idaho will review your application, and you will be notified if your application is approved.

Step Three

For the final step of registration, you’ll be invoiced for payment. Your registration is not complete until payment has been received.

Welcome Bag Inserts

Exhibitors are invited to mail advertising materials to be included in conference Welcome Bags. There is no charge to participate in Welcome Bags. 

Please mail 250 copies before February 10th to the address provided in your Exhibitor Packet. 

Details about Wall Space
Most, but not all, exhibitor spaces will be against a carpeted wall that allows for signs to be hung with heavy duty staples. For specifics on your exhibitor space, please contact the northidahoconference@homeschoolidaho.org
Important Dates

Regular Exhibitor Registration: Open until February 10, 2024, or when capacity is reached.

Welcome Bag Inserts: Must be received by February 10, 2024. See Exhibitor Packet for mailing address. 

Silent Auction Donations: Must be received by February 10, 2024. See Exhibitor Packet for mailing address.

Idaho Temporary Seller Registration
All exhibitors must do the following: 

  1. Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP and under “Sellers and Promoters” click “Register as a Temporary Seller or Promoter.”
  2. Choose “Seller WITH Event ID” > “Next”
  3. Choose “I am going to an event” > “Next”
  4. Enter the Event ID: This information will be sent to you via email > “Next”
  5. Enter your Seller Information > “Next”
  6. Choose Purpose: “I am not making taxable sales,” “I have a regular permit” or “I need a temporary permit.” > “Next”
  7. Review your entry > “Submit”
  8. Check your email account for further instructions or attached Temporary Sellers Permit (if applicable).

YES, all participants need to register but NO, existing Idaho Regular Sales & Use Tax holders do NOT need a Temporary Sellers Permit.
