You’ll be able to introduce options, sell products and services, and offer ongoing support to meet the needs of individual students. We believe exhibitors ought to have the opportunity to build personal relationships with customers so that you gain the trust necessary for long-term loyalty.

Regular Space
Exhibitor Space is at Capacity- 10’x10′ space
- One 6′ dressed table
- Two folding chairs
- Wall space*, exhibitor may bring poles or supports
- Access to WiFi and outlet
- Admission for up to two representatives

Exhibitors are invited to mail advertising materials to be included in conference Welcome Bags. There is no charge to participate in Welcome Bags.
Please mail 250 copies before February 10th to the address provided in your Exhibitor Packet.

Regular Exhibitor Registration: Open until February 10, 2024, or when capacity is reached.
Welcome Bag Inserts: Must be received by February 10, 2024. See Exhibitor Packet for mailing address.

Idaho Temporary Seller Registration
- Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP and under “Sellers and Promoters” click “Register as a Temporary Seller or Promoter.”
- Choose “Seller WITH Event ID” > “Next”
- Choose “I am going to an event” > “Next”
- Enter the Event ID: This information will be sent to you via email > “Next”
- Enter your Seller Information > “Next”
- Choose Purpose: “I am not making taxable sales,” “I have a regular permit” or “I need a temporary permit.” > “Next”
- Review your entry > “Submit”
- Check your email account for further instructions or attached Temporary Sellers Permit (if applicable).
YES, all participants need to register but NO, existing Idaho Regular Sales & Use Tax holders do NOT need a Temporary Sellers Permit.
