NEW ORDERING PROCESS!

Parent Portal Instructions

The test ordering process we introduced last year continues for 2026.  Below are links that lead to pre-filled lists of test items for each level. You can change quantities (i.e., if you have multiple students in one level). You will select a link for each test level to add more items to your cart. When all test items for all your students have been added, you can add the discount code and check out! On your first use of the portal, you will create your account with BJU Press when you check out.

Step 1

Select from this list of grade-level links. Click on the grade level that applies to your student (if you have multiple students, choose one to start with).  You may choose the Iowa Assessment alone, or in a combo with the CogAT. Select the grade level that your student is currently completing.

Step 2

Check/modify the test items in the cart. The link will open a prefilled cart for that particular grade. Wait for the BJU site to load the cart. Since this is a prefilled cart, you don’t need to add anything, but you may need to change quantities if you have multiple students in that grade.

Step 3

If you have additional students, use the ‘back’ button to navigate back to the list. Then click on the next applicable link to add more items to your cart.

Step 4

Enter your promo code to receive a 10% discount and free shipping. Promo codes were sent by email in our regular enewsletter to subscribers. If you are not a subscriber yet, request a code at testing@homeschoolidaho.org.

Step 5

When you are prepared to check out for the first time, you will be prompted to sign up for a new account on BJU Press.

Step 6

To log back into your account, go to your portal link.
